Website terms

Operator and scope

Demand Locator is operated by SYNAPTICA CONSULTING DI GIUSTACCHINI MICHELE, Ditta individuale · Sole proprietorship, VAT IT04696650987, Via Benaco 103, 25080 Puegnago del Garda (BS), Italy. Contact michele.g@synapticacnsltg.com.

The website describes rental-demand intelligence. A report request is an enquiry, not a purchase, activated subscription or guaranteed delivery. We confirm coverage, scope, price if applicable and timing separately. A paid service requires agreed commercial terms and the relevant data-processing arrangements.

How the service is used

Demand Locator identifies relevant requests, checks property or area fit and supplies context and a source route to the customer. The customer assesses availability and replies personally through their own platform account. The software does not automatically contact requesters, book rentals or guarantee leads, replies or sales.

Source access depends on platform permissions and availability. Published research is dated and subject to the methodology shown. Activity counts are not counts of qualified leads. You must not use the service for harassment, discrimination, access-control circumvention, sensitive profiling or contacting people contrary to their expressed wishes.

Website content and liability

You may use the site to evaluate the service and submit accurate business enquiries. Do not overload, attack or attempt unauthorised access to the service. Report security concerns using the security contact.

Website material is informational and does not replace professional legal or commercial advice. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Service-specific liability and commercial obligations belong in the signed agreement; this page does not invent a contractual cap or override consumer protections.

Changes and disputes

These terms are versioned by date. Contact the operator to discuss a concern. Italian law applies subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Privacy rights and complaints are handled as described in the privacy notice.
